What we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, and anything you include in your message. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver services, manage business relationships, keep appropriate business records, and protect the security of the website. We do not sell personal information.
Our legal basis
Depending on the circumstances, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, or for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business and responding to enquiries.
Service providers
The contact form is provided by HubSpot and the website is delivered through Cloudflare. Google provides the web fonts used by the site and, if you consent, Google Analytics. These providers may process limited personal or technical information on our behalf under their own security and data-protection arrangements.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for these transfers, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and business records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected, including follow-up, contractual, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures aggregate site usage, including visits, pages viewed, approximate location, and browser or device information. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. Advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled in either case.
